About Express Network

A Vision Born in Milan,
Realized in the Balearics

ExpressNetwork was founded in 2022 by Alessandro Marradi and Davide Zeminian, childhood friends from Milan who brought their shared ambition to the White Isle. What began as a specialized property management venture has grown into a trusted luxury network, serving an international clientele seeking more than just a place to stay.

Today, ExpressNetwork serves as a refined gateway to the Balearic lifestyle.

Our approach goes beyond traditional real estate: we combine property advisory with highly personalized concierge services, shaping seamless experiences tailored to each client’s needs.

Rooted in Italian hospitality and guided by strong professional standards, we focus on discretion, transparency, and long-term relationships—curating not only exceptional properties, but an entire way of living the island.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
